Am I just Screwed?
I just bought a Honda EU3000I off of ebay, and paid $1500. After I sent my money through Paypal, the seller sent me a list for places to buy this item for wholesale price. I asked the seller to refund the money and he said that he does not offer refunds on his items. I threatend that I would take him to court, and he just said "Go ahead, you received what you paid for. Court will get you nowhere". Is what he did legal? Did I get scammed or did I just lose $1500 for an email of lists.

Similar situation happened to myself. I believe the only recourse you have is reporting him to ebay and then they will warn him to not post things of that nature.
